	Database Manager
	This is the foundations for all other modules. It includes all the Materials, Products, Bill of Materials, Bill of Routes, Personnel, Operations, Amendment History and Mould Tool Databases that are used in all the other modules.

	Customer Order Management
	Sales Order Processing, Sales Figures, Job Cards, Pre-Production Reports, Delivery Scheduling, Transportation, Sales Order Acknowledgments and Delivery Notes modules.

	Production Modules
	Production Planning, Planning Boards, Resource Monitoring, Job Cards, Work to Lists and Production Scrap Analysis modules

	Production Labels
	Self Design Label Systems. Labels of custom sizes and designs automatically generated with creation of Works Orders. This includes Sample and Master validation labels, Pallet and Box labels all with Barcoding Options.

	Purchasing & Stock Control
	Purchase Ordering of Materials, Supplier Vendor Rating, Budget Reports, Stock Control, Materials Tracability and Stock Audit Reports and Bar Coding.

	Quality Control Modules
	Batch Number and C of C Enquiries, Production Inspection Instructions, Despatch Efficiency, Gauge Control and Machine Settings Modules

	Accounts
	Invoicing, VAT Details, Discount Menu, Purchase Order Reciept, Nominal Code Entry, End of Month Modules. Accounts Modules directly into Peagus and Sage Accounting packages.

	PlasWare System Manager
	Username and Access Control to modules. There are over 200 parameters to modify Plasware's MMS system which enables our customers to tailor our manufacturing solution to suit their business.
